Position Title: Systems Analyst II – Business Analyst (Req. #0606341)
Position Description: University Advancement-Office of Advancement Services. Provide IT consulting, design, development, testing and support services to meet University Advancement business needs. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related field; five or more years of relevant experience; effective communication skills (written, verbal, and listening); excellent organization, and human relations skills; proficient computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheets; in-depth understanding of relational database design and SQL programming; experience analyzing business needs, identifying appropriate technical solutions, developing processes, reports, workflows and documenting procedures; strong project management skills and creative in problem-solving techniques; direct experience with application development tools, processes and systems development life cycle; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment; ability to work with diverse populations.
